University Catering Announcement
To All Our Valued Customers...
The CUB closure in May, 2006, will bring many changes, challenges and opportunities to the campus community.
University Catering will be dramatically impacted by the loss of this facility for the next two years. Loss of our catering kitchen necessitates the streamlining of our menus and reduction of our offerings to allow us to maintain the high quality standards you have come to expect.
Look for the opening of the Stephenson Banquet Room in the Spring of 2008 which will allow us to once again provide our full array of catering options. The Stephenson Banquet Room can accommodate groups of up to 503 guests for a sit-down event or reception.
Our operational plans for University Catering are in development for the 2006-2007 academic year and will include extended lunch box menus, continental breakfasts and dessert parties. Extended menus will be posted on our website on August 1, 2006.
