University Catering

• Call the catering scheduling coordinator with as much notice as possible. We require a minimum of seven business days notice.
• A guaranteed guest count is requested at least three business days in advance. The minimum guarantee number for Casual Gathering events is 30 guests. The invoice will be based on guaranteed count or actual count, whichever is greater.
• If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made at least three business days prior to your event to avoid penalty charges.
• Please do not fax orders or changes.
• When ordering, please provide your event start time, end time, and location (building and room number).
• All events use biodegradable disposable products. Linens are included for the buffet tables.
• Additional linens may be requested for an additional charge.
• All equipment is on loan and replacement charges will result if the equipment is missing or damaged.
• Attendants are available for an additional charge of $18 per hour.
• To place an order, call the catering office at 509-335-9444 or stop by the scheduling and administrative office, room 140, in the Compton Union Building.
